My approach blends clinical grounding with deep emotional presence. I hold space for women and teen girls, especially Black and Brown women who have spent too long surviving. Here, you don’t have to shrink, perform, or explain your pain away.

What to Expect in Session
“I’m not here to give you all the answers. I’m here to help you remember your own.”
Each session is 50 minutes and may include grounding check-ins, intentional reflection, boundary and values work and space to process what’s real and raw. I’ll offer insight when needed, but more than anything I’ll listen, hold, and guide without judgment.
You’ll leave sessions feeling seen, softened, and supported in becoming who you’re meant to be.
