Healing doesn’t always happen in isolation sometimes, it’s found in the presence of others who just get it. Our Healing Circles are 6-week, therapist-led spaces created for Black and Brown women to process, reflect, and rebuild in community. Based in Tallahassee, and offered virtually across Florida, these groups are designed to meet you where ever you are, emotionally and geographically.

 

Each 75-minute session blends guided prompts, grounding rituals, and group dialogue that helps you release what’s been heavy, reconnect with your truth, and move forward with more softness and clarity.

 

These circles are intentionally small to create an intimate, affirming space where your story can breathe no pressure, no performance, just truth.
