Step One
YOUR DISCOVERY CALL
Session Details
• Duration: 15 or 30 minutes
• Location: Virtual via secure platform
• Rate: Complimentary (15 minutes) or $45 (30-minute extended session)
The $45 Extended Discovery fee may be applied to your Initial Assessment if scheduled within 7 days.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’ve spent years holding everything together for everyone else. As Black women, women of color, and teen girls, we often carry the weight of unspoken pain: trauma, generational cycles, imposter syndrome, identity shifts, and more. And too often, we do it while showing up as mothers, daughters, sisters, partners, and professionals while quietly unraveling inside.

About the Discovery Call:

During your Discovery Call, we’ll take time to connect whether you choose the free 15-minute intro or the deeper 30-minute session. Together, we’ll explore what’s bringing you here, what support you’re seeking, and how therapy can meet your needs.

Step Two
INITIAL ASSESSMENT
Session Details
• Duration: 60 minutes
• Location: Virtual for Florida-based clients
• Rate: $175 per session
Required before beginning individual therapy.

Your Initial Assessment is a crucial first step in your healing journey. This 60-minute session sets the foundation for the work to come and gives us space to explore your history, your goals, and what support will be most helpful for you.

During the assessment, we will:
• Conduct a mental health screening to assess your emotional and psychological well-being
• Explore personal and family history to identify patterns, trauma, or influences that have shaped your experiences
• Clarify your current concerns and therapy goals, and begin crafting a personalized plan that supports you moving forward
This session is designed to help you feel seen, supported, and prepared to begin meaningful work at a pace and depth that honors your story.

What to Expect Before Your Session:
You’ll receive a digital intake packet with all required forms so you can complete everything ahead of time. This ensures we can be fully present and focused during your session.

For Coaching Clients:
If you’re seeking Mental Wellness Coaching, this session includes a Wellness Evaluation, a focused conversation around your personal goals, internal barriers, and growth edges. Together, we’ll co-create a SMART Plan (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-based) to guide your journey.

Step Three
THERAPY DESIGNED FOR YOU
Session Details
• Duration: 50 minutes
• Location: Virtual for Florida-based clients
• Rate: $130 per session
Ongoing support for women navigating healing, heartbreak, identity, and emotional wellness.

A valid card must be placed on file to confirm all scheduled appointments. You will not be charged until the time of service.
Your Healing Journey, Personalized
Now that you’ve completed your intake and scheduled your first sessions, your therapy journey has officially begun. Together, you and your therapist will co-create a personalized Wellness Plan that centers your story, your strengths, and your goals.

Stage One: Building the Foundation
In this stage, you’ll focus on building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. We’ll take time to:
​
• Identify the core areas you want to work on
• Map out an intentional plan to support your growth
• Create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported
​
This is where the groundwork for your transformation begins.
​
Stage Two: Where the Magic Happens
Here’s where the deep work lives. In this phase, we’ll explore patterns, pain points, and internal narratives that have been holding you back. Together, we’ll:

Identify and shift the patterns that no longer serve you

Develop healthier coping tools

Navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence
What to Expect Between Sessions

You’ll also receive guided reflection and exercises to help reinforce what you’re working on in therapy.

Stage Three: Stepping Into Your Power
By now, you’re feeling more grounded, intentional, and self-aware. You’re applying what you’ve learned to handle life with greater ease and when challenges come, you know how to show up for yourself.
Sessions during this phase may shift from weekly to biweekly or monthly check-ins, based on your needs.
Sometimes, healing looks like simply saying:
“Can you believe how far I’ve come?”

Stage Four: Staying Grounded
In this final stage, you’ll continue seeing your therapist as needed for maintenance and support. This is your space for reflection, recalibration, and celebration of the progress you’ve made.
